Project Manager

We’re looking for a Full-time Project Manager to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a knack for organization and planning to guide projects through their entire lifecycle. You’re capable of executing timely, cost-effective and high-quality medium to large-sized projects for public sector clients. You are able to manage competing priorities and build resourcing plans to map to project needs. Our projects change frequently and we need you to adapt as changes come up to help ensure our team has a shared understanding of what needs to be done.

Day-to-day you’ll be working collaboratively with a dedicated cross-functional team to plan and execute work. You’ll work collaboratively with our account manager and sales team to draft and drive new sales opportunities forward. You’ll provide regular updates to the leadership team on project progress and flag any risks to revenue or timelines. As such, communication is the cornerstone of your role. You should be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to support our clients and our internal teams. You should be an experienced project manager with a background in IT, web, or systems projects.

  • You’ll act as the primary point of contact for the duration of the project
  • You’ll balance the needs of the client, the team, the business and the project itself
  • You’ll communicate regularly to give internal and external stakeholders a clear view of activities, milestones, costs and risks at all times
  • You’ll collaborate and communicate regularly with our internal Leadership team on project resourcing, scheduling, progress and challenges
  • You’ll manage sustainable revenue and capacity to hit pre-defined monthly targets
  • You’ll contribute to sales planning and support the creation of statements of work and proposals
  • You’ll plan and monitor projects with the team to make sure they can be completed on time, meet client expectations and come in on budget
  • You’ll manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects using a Kanban methodology
  • You’ll manage resource allocation to ensure capacity targets are met for the project team
  • You’ll create and maintain relevant project documents
  • You’ll be a key contributor to the continuous improvement of our tools and processes

  • You have formal project management training or relevant undergraduate education and work experience
  • You have 3+ years experience managing digital projects
  • You have experience working with enterprise CMS projects. Bonus points if some of that is with Drupal.
  • Ability to work in multiple projects and manage multiple tasks with minimum or little supervision
  • You should have excellent soft skills
