Our SaaS provides a turnkey web publishing and delivery environment. It includes all software, content management systems, implementation and support. We are a reseller of Open Text Web Site Management products, and can enable a fully deployed environment including hardware, services, and software licensing. Your software license is leased for the term of your engagement with Yellow Pencil.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Our SLA offers the same values as our SAAS offering, but you own and manage your own licensing. For organizations that want to own their own licenses, we offer SLA-only.
Hosted Solutions Services
Our hosted solutions aren't just about technology – they're also about service. We offer:
